Information you provide

When you request work, we use your contact details, service address, project description, scheduling preferences, and optional photos to assess the project, respond, schedule work, prepare proposals, and maintain business records. “How did you hear about us?” is optional. Submitting a project request authorizes contact about that project; it does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Saved request drafts

As you enter valid contact details, we save your unfinished request for up to 30 days so you can resume it. A private resume link is stored in your browser. Photos are uploaded only after submission. Authorized office staff can view these drafts. If you select the reminder option, we may send one project reminder by email or a personal text; this does not enroll you in marketing. Completed or dismissed drafts stop reminders. We keep a protected network identifier to limit abusive draft creation. Drafts are removed after 30 days by our daily maintenance process.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure public website and request-form visits, approximate city/region/country, device category, marketing sources and campaigns, and actions such as starting or submitting a request or clicking our contact buttons. Analytics uses a browser identifier, not your name. A tracked visitor is an estimate and is not a verified person.

We do not send your project form entries, names, email addresses, personal phone numbers, service addresses, photos, private estimate links, or payment information to Analytics. Campaign labels should never contain personal information. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without renewal. If you allow analytics and submit a request, source/campaign labels may be saved with the project record to understand marketing outcomes.

Your choices

Optional analytics remain off until you select “Allow analytics.” You can decline and use the forms normally. Use “Privacy choices” on a public page to change your selection. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking and removes accessible Analytics cookies from that domain; it does not automatically delete previously processed records. Staff-exclusion and privacy-choice preferences may be stored so we can honor them.

Service providers and security

Our website, app, storage, and business communications use service providers including OpenAI Sites, Vercel, Supabase, and Google. Google receives optional analytics data only when allowed. Project information is accessible to authorized business users and relevant service providers to carry out the requested services. Providers may keep security/hosting logs, including network addresses, under their own retention and security policies. This tracking implementation does not sell customer data, add advertising pixels, use browser fingerprinting, record sessions, or request precise GPS location.

Retention and requests

Project and business records are kept as needed to handle work, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. Google Analytics retention also depends on the property settings; cookie expiry is separate from that setting. To request access, correction, or deletion, or appeal our response, contact jamesrogers@fifthpostco.com or call 928-458-0038. We may verify your identity and may need to retain records for contractual, accounting, or legal reasons. Our services and forms are intended for adults arranging property work.
